Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your product so we can review your request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Situations
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

  • Products reported as stolen or missing after confirmed delivery

  • Normal wear and tear from use

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
